spreading slurry after fertiliser

Sprad some of my heavy land today with fertiliser, 1.5 bags of 18 6 12, would like to get some slurry on it as well to moro, even a light coat, would like to spread it while ground conditions are good, is this a good or bad idea so soon after fertiliser and with showers also on the way?

Bumping this up caught for storage have Cut Sward put out over 2 weeks can I put slurry on this will it lock the nitrogen up or am alrite
