registered person pursuant to the health acts

    Hi all

    Can anyone tell what criteria defines am I a "registered person pursuant to the health acts" ?

    Legal questionnaire to fill out an haven't a bean what that means

    I assume it means i'm entitled to use the health service but before I answer id like to know for sure

    Edit: i've tried goggling the term but there is no direct hit only hits of "pursuant to the health acts!

    Medical personnel who are required to be registered in accordance with law such as a doctors, surgeons, dentists, midwives, nurses, psychiatrists etc.

    In other words are you a doctor etc.
