    Got my first bill as a new customer and I notice this service charge ?

    Hi Vego, Thanks for getting in touch. I can confirm that there are no connection fees - there is indeed an area on the bill called "service & connection fees" but this always shows the service charge for when your service was activated up to the date of commencement of the bill you received (bearing in mind the bill is for one month in advance). This would be a once off charge to get your into the billing cycle. This bill would be classed as a 6 weekly bill as you had sevrice prior to the bill & you also pay a month in advance. Stacey
