    That is good news for consumers. They have been way too lenient on these companies before now.

    About time they started enforcing convictions.

    Too often now the Eir group have treated customers with contempt and brought to court only to get away with it by making a small charitable donation. Might make them sit up and take notice now knowing they're not going to get away with it as easily anymore.

    As said above the eir/com group are a terrible company and are shocking in how they treat paying customers.

    More fines needed.
