Question regarding septic tank

    when building a house does the build cost include septic tank and well being drilled or do I have to do that separately

    If you specify to the builder that you want it included it will be. Strange question.

    The build build can include cups and saucers if you specify them!

    Are you referring to the cost per foot that is often quoted? These typically would include ground works.

    Typically the cost of the septic tank would be included as it is a known cost but the cost of the well will depend on the depth and material and can vary a huge amount. This should be detailed in your tender documents. On top of the well you will also need a pump, pressure vessel and water treatment which will add €3-4K.
