A relative has a loft house that has two small windows in the slanted ceiling bit. They are draughty single glazed efforts and an insulation crowd are proposing to fit velux triple glazed replacements with airtightness strips at a cost of 2995e. Is that reasonable?

Size is roughly 3ft by 1ft so maybe bespoke windows have to be made
