Hey all,

In the process of applying for the Hap scheme and having some issues getting one of the required items from the landlord.

Everything is filled out and ready to go, but our landlord can't provide a header from a bank statement to prove they own the bank ac.

We have been told by our county council our landlord can nominate somebody else to receive the payment. Anyone been through this or know what limitations are in place in regards to who the landlord can nominate?

Can the landlord nominate me to receive it and I can just give it to them?
