Tegral Thrutone vs SVK Fibre Cement roof slates

We need to decide between one of these in the next few days for our new build. Our contract with the builder has specified the Tegral Thrutone but he suggested the SVK Ardonit Plus if we wanted to make a small cost saving. Does anyone have experience of both of these products in terms of their reputation, durability, cost,…
