    Am i allowed to just take it out think it has eggs in it any advice be good

    Depends on the bird. In general it is illegal to interfere with birds' nests while they are in use, there are some exceptions but I couldn't name them off the top of my head. Google the wildlife act.
    It's only for a little while until the chicks have fledged, then you can remove it, but birds tend to return to places they consider ideal and they could be back next year. You might have to look at ways of preventing that if they are causing mess or nuisance.
