If you what to know if a medicine has been licenced for use here the best place to look is the HPRA website https://www.hpra.ie/homepage/medicines/medicines-information/find-a-medicine It doesn't matter where it is made.

It doesn't show up there so the only way it can be prescribed here is as an unlicensed medicine. Usually only specialists who have experience of using a drug and can monitor it closely will prescribe unlicensed medicines.

It's not licensed here, the UK or the US. It seems to have only been licensed on the continent.
