Lunch/ breakfast help

I need some help coming up with easy breakfast and lunch ideas for when I'm working. Dinners in general are fine but I'm not a morning person in the slightest so getting stuff ready when I'm working is a pain to say the least!
I've followed slimming world in the past and want to re join as I found the group environment helpful so that being said - low fat and healthy would be good!
At the moment my breakfast on a working day consists of two Alpen light cereal bars, or else one of those small pots of rice crispies- something small and simple I can eat in the car.
Lunch would either be two yoghurts, some fruit, or one of those "little starts" microwaveable kids meals you can get, though I prefer having cold food at lunch.

So! Would anyone have some healthy recipes that would go well with trying to lose weight that could be done up in a batch that would last for a few days??
    Any help appreciated :)

First off I would completely cut out the cereal bars.

They are marketed well as being healthy but in reality they are full of sugar. Even the low fat ones aren't great.

You would be much better taking 5 mins to have a healthy bowl of cereal such as weetabix with blueberries/raspberries (what I usually have) or quick oats with fruits/nuts and a little honey if you need a sweetener.

For lunch you could make up a salad the night before (get one of those salad boxes that have a plastic knife and fork and a little pot for dressing). You can make salads as interesting or boring as you like.

Baby spinach is excellent for salad and chuck in some peppers, Spring onion, chick peas (really good for you) and even a little feta. If you have any left over chicken from a roast chuck some in too.

Also it's a good idea to hard boil up a few eggs and keep them in the fridge to use over a couple of days for lunches. You can bring the egg in the shell and all and just crack it when you are eating your lunch. Chopped through a salad it is lovely.

Watch whatever yoghurts you have as many again are full of sugar. Natural Greek yoghurt is best and you could have some fruit with it to sweeten it.

Chopped veg is great for hummus also. Chopped peppers, carrots, cucumber etc can be sliced and put in a lunch box with a little tub of hummus.

Lastly something like whole meal pitta pockets or flatbreads are great and can be filled with salads and healthy meats
