Half day X & O's Casual Dockets

I am on casual dockets and lose 35€ per day worked. I have been called into work for just a few hours to earn roughly 35€, meaning I am not making any profit despite working. How does this relate to giving an X or an O?

It means that you have to put down that you worked. It doesnt matter if you only work 1 hour in the day.
