Legality of Bluetooth devices.

    Anyone confirm the legality of these. Ie, ones where you would clip to the visor or attach somewhere on the dash, where you have to press a button on it to answer the call.

    Far as I know, as long as you're not pressing a button on the phone itself you're ok.

    They're effectively no different to a Bluetooth earpiece.
