    Hey all
Anyone out there know the make and model of the hydraulic hose crimper/swager in the pics.
Looking for the chart for setting the dial for different size hoses.
There's no nameplate, serial no. or anything on it, has 3 sets of dies, manual operated.
    Thanks

Don't know the make/model of your crimper.

Just do a few test runs, measuring the crimped diameter with a Vernier.
Once you have the correct diameter, you can set the dial on your crimper to match the chosen set of dies.

The finished crimp diameter is governed by the type of hydraulic hose and ferrule.
For "2SC Hydraulic Hose" I use the following chart:
    3/8" - swage to 20.9mm
    1/2" - swage to 23.5mm
    3/4" - swage to 31.1mm

Where you get the hose and fittings they should be able to tell you the crimp diameter.
I get my hose and fittings from Custom Crimp in Clane, Kildare.

Fair play to ya, thanks for that.
Only other issue is that the 3 die sets are only marked A,B and C, no indication of what size their for. Do you use the fittings with the separate ferrule or the gates type all in 1?
    Thanks

I'd imagine the 3 die sets are for different crimp diameters / hose sizes.
One for 3/8 and 1/2. One for 3/4 and One for 1in.
Put in each set of dies and see how small they close in to, and how tight together they come.
