Hi guy's/girls I'm looking to get a 5 ton 30 foot cruiser dropped onto a trailer in this driveway, one of my problems is that there are electric cables running along the front of the house.

The road it's self is only about 25 foot wide so unloading it there and backing the trailer in will be tight even if I take down one of the pillars.

Another option is to use the neighbours driveway it's 16 foot wide "lucky feckers" :) and if possible lift it over the gardens to my driveway, there is a phone wire that might be in the way but I could look at getting that removed for the day.
Any help or advice from those in the know would be very much appreciated. Cheers

I'll tell ya something for nothing.....
bring the trailer out the road and unload it somewhere easier.
    and....
if thats where your keeping it....
backing a 30 ft boat, meaning a 35 ft trailer with a jeep in there is going to be one to watch.

If I had to back in the trailer I was thinking of taking away the pillar and some of the wall here that would allow me to get the back of the boat in then jackknife the jeep and trailer and use a winch to pull the trailer up the driveway, this is only if there is no way possible to lift it in.

I see what you mean. I've a boat and it takes a lot of manuvering and I do have a huge yard and shed so I'm lucky, but I underestimated the lock on the jeep and it ain't too simple with a long distance between the ball hitch and the wheels of the boat trailer.
Get a winch in lidl for 60 Euro and make a bracket to hold it where you need it, even if its a pole that goes into the ground on a temp basis. I have one and use it for a lot of things, its stronger than you would think.
