The "trade sales" bit would concern me.

OP, are you familiar with what a trade sale in motoring terms is?

It's the new thing all over ireland now. Dash like a Christmas tree and no warranty. Bargin!! L@@k

To be fair, I've bought from fellas that were "trade sales" in all but advertised name but I kinda knew what I was getting myself into. "As long as it's plausibly roadworthy I'm in the clear" everything else is buyer beware.

I got caught in the Trade sales deal.
Bought a motor from them, at retail price.
But it was over 10 years old, so I signed a document which i thought was part of the sales process. turns out I relinquished all liability of the seller. so i spent a few grand and i was caught. cost me over a grand to get the car roadworthy even though it had a new NCT.
I feel a bit aggrieved, but will have to put it down to experience. As their ass was covered in the document i signed. Ok, there is always one. so may i suggest if you do buy trade sales you get someone like the AA to check the vehicle first as it could be an expensive lesson.

Your average joe buying a trade sale from a dealer is pointless as it means you might as well buy privately and cut out the middle man's profit margin.

Did anyone recently made a purchase from that dealer? I’m interested in car from him but not sure he trustworthy. He offers 3 months warranty.
