Leisure centre near Crosshaven/Carrigaline

    Im travelling to Crosshaven for a sport event, but there are no changing/showers afterwards.....
    Anyone know of any Leisure centre / gym nearby , that i could use the changing room/shower??

    Carrigaline court hotel has a gym.

    Theres a gym on the right on the road from Carrgaline to Crosshaven not sure what its called but you can see it from the road
