Thanks for the reply. It has 6 speed setting, not sure about the removing the bowl, thanks for the suggestion ill check it
The bowl issue may not be a deal breaker, especially if you know in advance but I do remember being surprised when my late mother bought a "pro" one and it was not possible, I just thought it very messy
