    Hi Guys,

I have literally worn a hole in my shoes and need to replace them. I am looking to upgrade and seeking some recommendations.

I'm using Specialized S Works shoes, too good for me of course, but excellent. They seem to be on special in a few places now, so might squeeze in around your budget.

I got a pair of Shimano R171 a few months ago. I find them very comfortable and the sole is stiff. I'll be the first to admit that the black and white colour scheme is not the most attractive but they are excellent value for money.

Nobody has slagged me about the colour yet thanks to the coldish weather which has them hidden by overshoes!

As mentioned in the Bargain Alerts thread recently, there are big discounts on full carbon mouldable Bont Blitz on Merlin.

    Mine arrived today. All-kinds-of-awesome.
