No bets for me for the moment after the Grand National hammering :pac: but if I was to pick one, it'd be Draycott Place in the second last at Limerick. This one is a course and distance winner and usually does well when it drops down into this type of race.

With you on Long house Hall,have a slight connection there and the horse is bouncing,could not run him at Aintree because of the ground and will need it on the goodish side today or no run.
Should have won or been a lot closer at Cheltenham with a more positive ride from Skelton.

Trainer said about Draycott place that he had to much class to run on that ground on Sunday 2 weeks ago,cant see it being any better today but I see there has been a bit of money for him this morning.

I did not put any money on, I know Maarek's way of running, but for anyone, in my opinion, to say that Spencer was unlucky or full of hard luck would be generous. Maybe he ran the best way, but I would really really really like to see another jockey get a chance to rid the horse . It is not like the connections have a load of options ground wise, they have little to loose by jocking off Spencer.

For balance , Spencer had a pretty damn good year last year and had some very good results.
