Vodafone connection dropping

I was wondering has anyone else been having the same issue as me or has any ideas. Starting to drive me nuts.

Vodafone broadband in the house. Get an average of 8-10Mb most of the time.

Problem is it keeps dropping connection to the internet. Sometimes it can happen a couple of times a day sometimes might only happen once.

Lights on the router all stay green as if it is connected and if you log into it the screen says DSL is connected.

Sample stats below from this evening when it was not working

    Downstream line rate (kbit/s) 12287
    Upstream line rate (kbit/s) 1020
    Downstream SNR (dB) 14.1
    Upstream SNR (dB) 14.5
    Downstream line attenuation (dB) 26.5
    Upstream line attenuation (dB) 11.8

From the router if you try and do a ping/tracert to google/vodafone etc it fails. Was onto vodafone and when the issue happens they cant see the router as synched. Kept asking me was I sure the link light was not red

Restarting the router sometimes works the fist time sometimes takes 2 or 3 attempts to resolve.

Vodafone have replaced router twice and an engineer has been out and tested the line and said there was no problem.

Same happens on wired and wireless devices.

    Thanks for any suggestions.

You're on the wrong port for one.

Have a similar problem. Random connection drops during the day - sometimes a few, sometimes none. Usually shortish duration, and it comes back eventually.

During the night, about once per week have a connection drop, and need to restart router.

Just installed this to monitor : https://netuptimemonitor.com/details/

Annoys me to have to pay for it - but want hard evidence !
