Eir F2000 Modem Issues

So upgraded my Eir F1000 to a F2000 as I had seen on here it seemed to be a better router.

Since updating I have been seeing a few issues that were not present with the F1000.

    1) Connecting Sky+ App via Phone to Sky box (wired) only works after router reboot and then over a day or two stops working. App cannot see sky box on network.
    2) Wireless seems a little more flakey
    3) Daughter mentioned she could not cast to TV (wired) which she could be previously
    4) Daughter now said chromecast does not appear to be working

    3 & 4 I have not looked into yet.

Seems a little odd these items have only appeared since upgrading to the F2000.

Is their some setting or something I need to change to improve such issues?

    Thanks for any advice.

Poor Wifi again lately and Sky app not connecting, speed test (see attached image) shows terrible coverage; after a reboot back to more respectable levels.

    Any suggestions / ideas?

First guess is 2.4Ghz noise, is that what you're using?

Router is running both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz and device's are connecting accordingly. My phone is using 2.4Ghz.

Ran Wifi Analyzer and Inssider and have changed my router to a different channel from 11 to 1.

    Hopefully that's it.

I have one of those and I leave it at 2.4ghz for all devices. Don't know if that is of any help.
