Hello all,
Just want to see if anyone else is having trouble with a sat box from Next Stage Tv.
Box stopped working after 3 days on a trial period. Can't get my money back. It cost €270.

No phone call is ever answered, calls go to voicemail immediately. A text usually follows saying that they can't take or make calls and ask you to text them, which they totally ignore.
There FB page doesn't allow comments, know why now lol
Got a text from their technical man saying that he can ask the refund team to refund me but he can't make them .
Been trying to call them and text them for a month.
Total disgrace of a company.
Advertising all the time on FB.

Hugely frustrating, woudn't have know this only for my misfortune when the box stopped working.

From the start, the box packaging looked old, also, no address for this company, just loads of videos telling everybody how good they are!!! Joke

Every sky channel, ha ha, I'm sure your gonna get a lot of support here, also I'm not sure what legal grounds you have with a pirate TV system, also expect this thread to be closed

I have a sat reciever that doesn't work. Don't use it illegally.
Want to know who else has had problems with this company.
Not discussing anything apart from customer service and reliability here.

I was talking to one of those guys before, wasn't very impressed.

What sort of box did you buy?

Also what exactly do you mean by stopped working? Is it turning on?

It says SAB on the receiver I think which wasn't what I purchased either, but they just sent it to me lol
I understand products breaking down, but it's the sheer attitude of these guys who can take your money and think they are untouchable as long as they ignore you.

It turns on but won't show any channel.
Had one of those receivers from lidl for a few years before. Never gave any trouble. Wanted to upgrade if you know what I mean, but sorry now.

From looking on their Facebook page they advertise satellite receivers that can receive all Sky channels.

If by any chance this is the type of box you bought I'm afraid you don't have much comeback, as regardless of what they say on their page, accessing Sky in this fashion is illegal.

Definitely, anyone getting free channels illegally would have no come back for that.
But I bought a box and I can't get the free to air and people need to know about this crowd whether I get my money back or not. To be honest, it's not even about the money at this stage.

Have to agree there facebook page and the sheer unprofessionalism of there youtube videos would put me off from getting anything from there.

A SAB box is not a box you can buy in Lidl they are the same boxes made by Amiko ...

Any box that provides access to any channel you are not paying for i.e. Sky sports by use of a box sold by people like this is illegal. And I must say getting you to pay for the box with cash on delivery is a cleaver ploy to hide their identity.

An old motto comes to mind "Caveat emptor" let buyer beware...never buy from any company you don't know and who doesn't have a physical presence somewhere...

Sorry, we can't discuss any methods of watching Sky TV other than on a Sky Digibox. I understand your postion but when the providers website is quite clearly advertising Sky channels then I've no choice but to take this position.
