Cheapest dual monitor graphics card

Hey, A friend is looking to get 2 monitors for college work. Whats the cheapest dual monitor graphics card that would do the job? I build his pc years ago and I think it just has integrated graphics so he will need a card Thanks

Something like a NVIDIA GT 610 1GB can be got for about €40 online, has a DVI, VGA and HDMI ports and should do fine. Can also be got in Maplins if you're stuck.
