Hi Guys.Have any of you come across the underfloor heating company Heatlink Ireland. We have their system and I have been trying to get them to come out to look at it for about 6 months. They only seem interested in fitting new systems.Anyone have any dealings with them or advice on how to get them to come and fix their system

Ring them. Tell them you are interested in their system and ask if they could Come out and price it. When they get there, say they misunderstood and you actually needed it fixed

    That's definitely worth a try.

I’m having the same problem. Can’t get them to come out. They are a disaster.

Well if their aftersales is that poor people should be made aware as its not just one customer complaining

Are they on Twitter if so a negative Tweet can work wonders

I see other people having the same problem with this company. Yes I think to let people know as best you can that they offer no aftersales service is the only way
