    Afternoon All
I have a 1998 Nissan Micra with an Altima factory installed car alarm.
The car alarm is acting up. It takes about 15/20 times on the fob to get the car alarm to stop. Is there any way I could get the sounder/alarm disconnected?
I checked online and tried resetting the alarm as per different people's ideas but to no avail.
Or do I need go to a car alarm specialist?
    Rgds

Possible bad connection inside the fob? Worth having a look.

Presume it takes a battery? Should be easy enough to open. Have a close look at it.
