Mould on ceiling

OK, have a holiday home and a few years ago the house flooded. We dried it out as best we could but really we haven't used as much as expected.

In the last month or so all of the ceilings have mould on them. Really bad. Just wondering what is the best way to treat this? I can't just paint over it.

Is there something specific I should do?

Bleach and water I found was the best. Shop bought stuff didn't work for me

You need to address the cause of the mould first: plenty in this site about the causes and cures:namely too much damp in the air and not enough heat/ventilation/insulation.

Wash it down with straight bleach, no water, leave for a couple of hours and then wash it off.
    Then paint over.
