There are virtual credit cards. There have probably been a few threads about them. I have never used them myself.

If its a one off can you ask a friend or family to get it and pay them back.

Can you now borrow a credit/debit card from a friend or family?

Without a credit card it will be hard to buy online, will depend on the website you are buying from, if they accept paypal you can transfer the money from your bank account, some online shops might accept bank transfer (very few).

    This..
Go with the cash in hand to someone with a debit/credit card and have them order the product for you. Simplest way to do it.
If its an Irish company maybe phone them and you could go direct yourself.
