Where do I make Doe test centre complaint?

hey

i put my van in for a Doe last week and it failed. they were all small problems except for the front discs needed to be changed. one problem was that he couldnt open the bonnet to check inside and do the emissions. He couldnt open the bonnet becuase he pushed the lever inside the car the wrong way and knocked it out of it slot and it took me less than 30 seconds to slot back into its slot. i know this because the same thing happened to me one day but im not a mechanic he is! anyway that fine since i was lucky and it didnt fail on anything under the bonnet. but what if it did and i had to pay for a second retest becuase he couldnt even slot a lever back in. Anyway my mechanic couldn't see anything wrong with most of the things they said needed changing he even showed me them. anyway i got them all sorted and put it through the retest. I didn't put it through the test myself as i was working so i got my father to do it for me. I got a phone call off my father after the test saying it Failed again!! i was like what the heck. they told him the handbrake cable snapped! There was no mention of anything wrong with the cable before. i asked him how did that happen when it was fine before and he said the tester didn't come out and tell him so he didn't know and that he was told by the receptionist. anyway that's fine i understand that could happen with the test. it goes through the test again and it passed. yahoo u would think

After work I went to collect the car from my father and drove the van home and realized the tracking is a mile out when it was only tracked lasted week when i had 4 new tires put on. when i parked the van in my drive way i then noticed that one of the brand new tires had chunks taken out of and had deep gashes on the surface of the tire that makes contact with the road. there was no way it was like this before the test as i power washed it as it failed because the under carriage was dirty too and i would of notice it. I haven't checked the other tires but i can only hope they are fine.

not only did i have to replace parts that were fine but now i got to replace a brand new tire and get the tracking done again! when they were only done last week and that's if my mechanic doesn't find anything else wrong with it when i have him check it out and if the rest of the tires were fine.

i went to the RSA site but i can only find where you can complain if u are another doe test center.

anyone know where i can make a complaint about this test center.

it like a 5 minute drive to the test center and he is so honest he would admit it if he did.

anyway i didnt boder doing anything in the end. i dont think anything would happen if i did. it will be the last time i head to that test center thats only thing worth while i can do.
