    Evening all,

Anybody out there have any experience with Pure?

I'm with Eir at the mo but need to switch due to their famed customer service.

Pure, Sky, Voda and prettymuch anyone who isn't Virgin simply resell Eir.

Eir's product isn't actually that bad. It's their incompetence and complete disregard for their customers that I have the problem with.

I had Eir(com) on a Bargain Alert from July 2014 to January 2016 for efibre. I jumped from 18mbps to mid 40's. However Eir raise their bill by 10% without informing me, but thats another story. Anyway One Big Switch had an offer around Christmas with Pure Telecom, so I jumped ship. Have an 18 month deal of €29.00 for first 6 months and €45.00 for the next 12. My fibre speed has jumped from mid-40s to low 80s. I'm as happy as a pig in sh**e with them so far. That tarriff includes unlimited local & national calls.

Pure don't have their own backend, they seem to just resell the others. I know of a Pure customer with a 159.134 IP address (Eir) and used to know another one with a Pure-supplied Zyxel modem which transmitted a Magnet Business SSID.
