Bought one here second hand in the new year. Paid a bit less for it but had to get new tyres for it then so swings and roundabouts. I find it grand emptied all we had here earlier on I could see no difference between it and any other tanker. Steady on the road, easy pulled and fairly quick to fill. Only thing I will say is you have to build up a good bit of pressure to get a decent spread width. There's heaps of them round us but Belmac wouldn't be far away.

Would it need a stronger pump or is it just the design of the pump?

Id say its just due to the fact that we upgraded from an 900 gal tanker to the 1650 and it just takes that bit longer for the pressure to build. The pump seems fine fills the tank in no time, like I said were very happy with it.

Nearly every brand of tanker comes with MEC 8000 litre pump.
There is a MEC 10,000 litre which comes on the biggest tanks.

biggest problem is paintwork id say. I have never seen a belmac tank with good paint as it gets older unless it has been painted. How are they so bad for rusting

Do they all not rust from the inside anyway rendering the external rust only cosmetic?

Must be the low quality steel they use, dung spreaders and agitators are all the same round here. Even the galvanized stuff falls apart.

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.
