New Construction walls

Hi, I'm doing up plans for a self build 80m2 single storey house extension, getting a lot of mixed advice on how to construct the walls. I like the idea of a double leaf insulated cavity, rendered S&C external and internal. What would be the real cons with this way as opposed to 'cavity block with internal battens and 100mm warm board or any other suitable method. All advice welcomed but of course within a realistic tight budget.

This is the feedback forum for site issues - not the best place for constructions inquiries.
