LBS will have a box of them in the workshop. If it's a standard cleat, it'll be a standard nut, they'll know which it is.

Sound, will fly down when they open tomorrow.

Will it be OK to cycle with two nuts securing the cleat?

Not ideal in a group but it will get you out of a hole but you'll need to make sure they're tight and don't hammer the pedals while out of the saddle.

If you can't source a single one, but a new pair of cleats and use a bolt from them.

Sound, should be fine for a 30/40km training spin solo till i get sorted. Hopefully lbs has some which they should have really.

i was unknowingly riding around without a bolt in mine for a while. lbs will have loads spare no doubt. i've spares here if you're anywhere near to goatstown.

Thanks but I'm in S. Tipp, just realised I'll need the bloody washer as well. Reckon i did upwards of 40km without it yesterday.
