    Canicross Ireland are holding a 5K run, jog, walk in Lough Boora Discovery Park, Co Offaly on 23rd April. Start time is 10 am, pre-race registration is preferable, but registration will be open from 9am on the day.

    There is a novice class, for anybody who hasn't entered a canicross race before, and/or who doesn't have the proper canicross equipment of a waist belt, bungee line and dog harness.
