Could any halfway normal person put little children in harms way by doing something like this?

Disgusting and horrible? Yes

But the title is very misleading. Yes we have problems with scumbags and gangs but there is so much goodness and creativity in the vast majority of people. Ireland 2016 is not a hellhole, always room to improve and with positive attitude, things do and can get better.
