    I want to mix and colour my own paint . Can I buy special pigments to do that ?

    Yes. Try MRCB as a source. Paint dye is what you're looking for

    Very common in Eastern Europe. Most people buy white paint and add colour to it, all pain starts off as white :) never seen the dyes for sale here.
