source for good pendant lights

    Hi,

    Looking at putting in 2 pendant lights in a living room area. The ceiling is a pitched ceiling so they will hang approx 2 or 3 foot from ceiling. Would like it to give off a soft light, so something similar to the paper spherical shades, but a bit more permenant looking.

    I like what Ikea offer, but the room is slowly becoming an ikea showroom, so would like to source them from somewhere else.

    Any thoughts on shops or online?

    Couldn't recommend them at all. Had nothing but trouble in my dealings with them, stuff like making up the wrong sized lampshade than what was ordered, being told items were ready for collection when they weren't. I'll never go back there.
