Saddle bag recommendations?

Yesterday on my commute home my saddle bag decided to break on me. I'm in the market for a new one, any recommendations?

I'm happy with a small to mid sized bag. I usually only carry a spare tube, patch kit, tyre levers and a multi-tool. I'm hoping to do a bit of touring in the next year so I'd like something durable at the most reasonable price.

Have some more expensive ones on my other bikes but I got this for my commuter and found it great. Comes in a small and large as well, Quick release clamp is handy and pretty secure Sits well and doesn't rub off your leg.

I'm on my second one of these after the zip seized on the first one after 3 years endless use on both bikes in all weathers. It'll take a single tube, 2x tyre levers, 2x CO canisters and head, 2 Allen keys and lifeline patch kit. I can usually squeeze a single key in too if need be. Very neat and secure little pouch.

Will any of these take a mini pump?
Do these bags all clip onto the back of a regular Road bike saddle?
    Thanks

+1 great bag and can take a decent sized phone along with 2 tube, levers, multitool, patch kit and keys. Might be considered on large side for racing but perfect for club cycling and sportive.
