Hi Guys,

This has probably been done to death here or over on PPRuNe, but looking to see what people's experiences have been over in London, taking the CAD test. So many conflicting reports - how it's a money spinner by the CAA, how unpleasant the day was, no real explanation of test, just lumped right in there.

How was it for you? What was the result?

I'm currently holding a Class 2 Medical, having failed the Ishihara test and the Lantern test (Although, apparently not being a 'million miles' off, according to the doctor - whether he was humoring me or not, I don't know!). This is my last chance as such at getting my restriction lifted, but at least then I know i'll have explored all avenues & will continue to work towards my PPL.
