BOI Mortgage is very strict

    A family member is going through the BOI Mortgage process 

    This person has to get blood tests provided by BOI

    This person is healthy and has a great job

    BOI Mortgage is for a low amount

    Might seem a little over the top but being too strict is better than the alternative.

    Most likely they declared an illness or a family members illness on the mortgage app questionaire and that's the reason.

    Tell them to take their business elsewhere OP..... They'll be glad because this is just another example of the ridiculous hoops BOI expect customers to jump through. There's plenty of banks out there who'd welcome the business. We are now moving our personal, business, savings and mortgage account away from boi, just sick of them.
