how to pay for the Sky Broadband and not be able to use it.

    I'm dissapointed.
    i thought Sky is a leading company in the market.
    so I trusted Them. i set up direct debit and relaxed, was waiting for my broadband technician.
    Sky took my money, so i was sure im grate and will have enternet very soon now. So i waited a month, then noticed, that SKY took second payment, and I do not have internet yet.
    I have suffered additional costs (about 15 euros) as i called the helpline.
    I'm waiting since 08/02/2016
    45 days...
    I'm disapointed and simply fill used...
    what could i do ?? any one...please
