    hi all...
I need the services of a dj soon for an outdoor event. There is no power supply nearby, so i need to use a generator.
Anyone know what size/power generator he would need?
    He has a 1000w p.a/speaker to use.
    Anyone have any ideas?

100kva or better. Ensure the hire company leave trail ends to bring power down to 13amp sockets.

Get a proper one, ensure its not some beat up old thing or it will simple start draining when he uses his subs and damage his gear beyond repair.

An aldi/lidl one will not suffice.
