    Hi,

Wondering if anyone knows where to pick up a mortice lock for a patio door. Dublin area, or online?

Tried searching the usual suspects (Woodies / Homebase / B&Q / even locks.ie based on Capel St.) and can't find anything that matches the "hook-lock".

    Thanks a mil.

Try window and door accessories in Coolock.
Would help if you could get a manufacturer name from the lock or the door.

    I assume it's aluminium?
Can you stick up a pic of it?

Cheers for that, I'll give them a buzz tomorrow.

To put it bluntly, my phone is a piece of crap and doesn't have a flash so wouldn't be able to take a decent pic.

But you're right, more details would've been useful.

Excuse the picture, but does your lock look like this?

Thanks for your reply. It's the same mechanism all right.

Sorry, at work at the mo so can't get a photo to compare for measurements and make.

The image looks like an adams rite lock. Is the key section in your door upside down?
