Credit on dead account

    My Mum and Dad were registered with you under my Dad's name. My Dad passed away last September and recently I rang and informed your customer support. They set up a new account under my Mum's name (and a reduced bill as she lives on her own now).

    I have noticed that there is a few Euro "credit" on the old account under my father's name. Is there any way to use or "withdraw" this credit? Or is it just completely meaningless? Thank you.

    Thanks for contacting our page, and please accept our sincere condolences for your loss.

    It is possible for the person who took over liability for water charges at the property to receive a refund for the outstanding credit which remains on the account. We would require proof of payment towards water bills at the property in order to generate this refund.
