Water Grant - Still haven't received TIN

    • I've paid all my IW bills.
    • Moved house in September 2015. Informed IW immediately & received new WPRN.
    • Applied for water grant before deadline. IW informed me they have to give DoSP my new details but I will get the grant and not to worry
    • Called both IW and DoSP 2-3 times a month since then
    • IW "We sent your details to DoSP"
    • SoSP: "We don't have your details"

    I'm so sick and tired of this. I've done everything right, paid all my bills and still Irish Water don't sort this out. Very frustrating.

    I am in the same boat its just so annoying at this stage,I rang back the last day to see what was going on to be told that I wasn't on the data and basically it was my own tough luck,but I've kept all the phone records and emails I have sent off to Irish water as a record of this matter ,I told this to Irish water only for the phone to be hung up on me,I've paid all my bills to date I've being registered since last June and had registered for my grant in loads of time only to be tossed to the side,I've rang 8 times and have recordings too ,i m so fed up I registered my mum the same time and hers was all sorted within a week

    Anyone from Irish Water follow this up?

    7 months now, dozens of phone calls, promises to sort it over and over.

    I'm not paying new bills until it's sorted.
