I have lodged a personal injury claim which has been dragging on a long time. I recently received a statement of recoverable benefits which was requested by the defendants side. From what i can tell this usually happens before a settlement is offered. Does this mean I will definitely be made an offer?thanks

You might receive an offer, but realise that you might need to manage you expectations as initial offers tend to be low.
