thinking of doing this as a diy project as I cant afford to have it done professionally.

we currently have a 100sqm front garden. 50 in grass and 50 in tarmac.

the tarmac is well past it, so was thinking of digging the whole lot out.

any idea how big a job this is for the avg diyer ?

What do I need to hire etc

any tips re hardcore , dust or membranes to stop weeds ?

    thx

Probably not much tarmac on it would be handy enough to remove off of drive. I would even say you could do it with a pick and leave it in a pile and get some lad with a grab truck to remove pile and you could get a load of chips and spread it on the drive after,
