Hi guys i am wondering can someone explain to me 100% how the Tax saver Bus tickets work ?. As i signed up for them via work and they seem to just tell me look online and thats it when i contacted HR.

Anyway my Bus pass costs me 102.30 a month and on the tax saver website it says i get a discount of 30.18. So if i am right do i only pay €72.63 from my wages at the end of the month ?.

Basically the cost of the monthly/annual tickets are deducted from your taxable pay. So if your monthly salary is €2k for example, your taxable pay would be €1,897.70.
