    Q1: What can I do regarding my Water Conservation Grant?


    If you have any queries regarding the payment and administration of the Water Conservation Grant, please call the Water Conservation Grant Support Team on 0761 087 890

    Their opening hours are from 9.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and they will be happy to help with your query.

    Q2: No water and no notification. What will I do?


    We have had no reports for that area. Would you mind sending the following details via PM and we can investigate this further:

    - Name;
    - Address; and
    - Contact number.

    Q3: How to cancel direct debit?


    If you call 1890 448 448, a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
    Alternatively, if you PM the following details, we can also help:

    Q4: No water, private group water scheme. What can I do as there is an electrical fault?


    We would advise that you contact the ESB regarding this matter to return supply to the affected pump house.


    Restoring power supply to privately help pump houses is not within Irish Water's remit.
    We hope this matter is resolved as soon as possible for you.


    Q5: I am unable to contact Irish Water via webform. Is there anything I can do?


    We have highlighted the matter with our IT Department, who are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
