Coastguard Heli cover in North Wales

    Just noticed that the Dublin CG is currently in Bangor in Wales after it appears it airlifted someone off a vessel in the Irish Sea.

    Is there no cover from Valley any longer?

    Also Sligo CG was in Galway twice before 9am. Lifted at 0430 to Galway and on returned to Sligo when tasked to Letterkenny for another patient transfer to Galway.

    No rest for these crews on a bank holiday.
